Zu-Grama is a popup village project based in India, aiming to catapult India's innovation ecosystem by connecting local talent with international experts and investors. The project is part of the Zuzalu family of popup village events and brings the extended coliving and collaboration format to the Indian context.

India has a massive pool of technical talent, a growing startup ecosystem, and a young population that is deeply engaged with technology, but many Indian innovators lack direct access to the global networks of capital and expertise that are concentrated in Silicon Valley, Europe, and a few other hubs. Zu-Grama aims to bridge this gap by bringing international builders, investors, and experts directly into the Indian innovation ecosystem for extended periods of collaboration.
