Edge City is a popup city organization co-founded by Janine Leger and Timour Kosters that convenes builders at the frontiers of tech, science, and society in month-long popup villages around the world. Leger previously helped build Zuzalu Montenegro and ZuConnect, while Kosters spent a decade building and investing in startups.

By 2025, Edge City had run seven popup villages across multiple countries, hosted over 11,000 participants, and distributed more than $1 million in grants to frontier builders.
