Urbit is a clean-slate personal computing platform built on a novel operating system and networking protocol designed to give individuals permanent, sovereign control over their digital identity and data. Each Urbit identity (called an 'azimuth point') is a unique, censorship-resistant address on the network, owned by its holder as a cryptographic asset.
