    Nomad finished its first luxury tiny home NODE prototype off Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh, launching the city's first tiny home community.

  2. Early Funding

    Raised over $1 million while growing Nomad Nation events and attracting over 100 participants.

  3. Expansion Approvals

    Secured ASR approval for an additional 20 units in Raleigh and launched manufacturing pilot with BotBuilt plus fractional co-ownership.

  4. Roatán Groundbreaking

    Broke ground on V2 Node hub in Próspera, Roatán, partnering with the Prospera experiment for Caribbean expansion.

  5. Additional Financing
