Loci is a for-purpose, community-owned lifestyle and real estate network that develops geographically distributed micro-communities of 5 to 30 residential dwellings on rural and semi-remote land. Members collectively crowdfund a real estate portfolio and participate in Web3-based governance, deciding on property acquisitions, membership guidelines, and community rules without time-based leases or recurring deposits.

The project is inspired by Balaji Srinivasan's network state framework and is building a decentralized network of community-owned land nodes.
