About Itana by Talent Cities
Itana (formerly Talent City) is building Africa's first digital free zone within the Lekki Free Zone corridor in Lagos, Nigeria. Founded by Luqman Edu and Iyinoluwa Aboyeji — co-founder of Andela and Flutterwave — it has raised pre-seed funding from LocalGlobe, Pronomos Capital, and Future Africa.
Itana offers remote business registration, tax incentives, and digital-economy legislation modeled on jurisdictions like e-Estonia and Dubai, with a physical campus planned to house 1,000 residents and 2,500 remote workers.
