Isla de Lobos is an experimental community project based on a small island off the coast of Uruguay. It brings together founders and builders for multi-week residencies that combine deep work with the meditative simplicity of island life.

The project treats the island as a blank canvas for community design experiments, testing ideas about shared governance, resource management, and social norms in a bounded, manageable environment.
