Eleutheria (Greek for 'freedom') is a network state project building a community around principles of radical personal liberty, voluntary governance, and market-based social organization. It develops digital tools for community governance and is working toward acquiring land to establish a physical foothold.

Eleutheria draws on classical liberal philosophy and modern cryptographic tools to design a society where participation in every social institution is genuinely optional.
