It seeks to negotiate favorable regulatory conditions with a host municipality and attract Bitcoin companies, investors, and long-term holders to create a self-reinforcing Bitcoin-centric local economy.
The project is aimed at moving Bitcoin culture from digital-only into permanent physical form.
