4Seas is the only Ethereum cultural community in Chiang Mai, operating as a co-living, co-working, and event space that serves as a permanent hub for the Zuzalu movement in Southeast Asia. It runs two physical locations (4Seas Nimman and 4Seas Mountain View) and hosts a continuous programme of community-driven events spanning cypherpunk topics, open-source technology, social sciences, and humanities, with free public space and grants available for aligned events.

The project positions Chiang Mai as a lasting base for crypto builders, digital nomads, and governance experimenters building on the legacy of Zuzalu 2.0, which drew over ten simultaneous pop-up communities to the city in October 2024.
